"Horrible experience. They raise rates with little notification. They usually send out a reminder to submit payment. Did not receive said notification this month and was notified my insurance lapsed. Go get some cheaper insurance. It’s not worth it, their reps do nothing. They’ll screw you the first chance they get. Conmen and crooks."
